My practice encompasses a wide array of litigation matters, both, original & appellate. I regularly advise clients on a variety of commercial and regulatory disputes, including intellectual property law, insolvency law, consumer law, technology law, negotiable instruments, and service law. I also undertake conveyancing, drafting of agreements and contracts, and pro-bono work.
I frequently appear and argue before the High Court of Karnataka, City Civil Court, Commercial Court, Magistrate Court, National Company Law Tribunal, Consumer Courts, Central Administrative Tribunal and Employee State Insurance Corporation. I have also appeared and argued before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, trial courts in Delhi, and an arbitral panel of retired Supreme Court judges. I also conduct cases before the High Court of Orissa; NCLT, Cuttack; and Commercial Court (Bhubaneshwar & Cuttack).
